Shipping Policy
- Orders are delivered to all areas of the United Arab Emirates within 3 business days.
- The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the customer if the products are unavailable or if there is a technical issue.
- Any delay in delivery due to an incorrect address or contact information is considered outside the responsibility of Ourinou.
- If the order is returned by the shipping company due to the customer not responding, repeated postponements, or incorrect address/contact information, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
- If a different item than your order is sent, we will cover all shipping costs if we are notified within three days of receiving the order.
- Shipping and delivery fee within the UAE is AED 30.
- For deliveries outside UAE and within GCC countries, respective delivery fee will apply and delivery may take up to 10 days.
- Additional customs duties or taxes may apply based on the regulations of your country. We advise you to check your local customs policies to avoid any unexpected charges.

- At Ourinou, we ensure that products are handed over to the shipping company the day after the order is placed. The shipping company is fully responsible for delivering them on time and in good condition.
- Please inspect the shipment upon receipt and ensure there is no damage caused by the shipping company and that it has not been previously opened. If you notice any issues, contact us via WhatsApp.
- Business days are from Monday to Saturday.
